Steve Jamilkowski spends every day learning something new. It’s one of the things he enjoys most about his job as a real estate professional. For Steve, however, the quest for knowledge doesn’t begin and end with the transaction. Whether it’s devouring marketing and sales books, attending classes, or doing webinars with his colleagues, Steve never stops educating himself. Because in Steve’s eyes, knowledge is currency. The more he has of it, the more he can help his clients achieve their real estate dreams.
Like so many, Steve felt the aftershocks of the Great Recession in 2008. He knew people who lost everything during that tumultuous period. Thus, when he decided to become an agent, Steve vowed never to stop listening to his clients and to always communicate openly with them. Being honest, after all, is something Steve values dearly. It’s also why his clients love working with him.
Now, as a member of the Pivot Real Estate team, Steve brings a full breadth of experience in everything from title and escrow services, to residential construction, to sales and marketing management. And as far as goals go, Steve has only one: serving his clients. He’s only satisfied when his clients are happy.
Born and raised in San Diego County, Steve is thrilled to be working in the community he grew up in. A family man at heart, Steve loves spending time with his children. He also volunteers at the San Diego History Center and takes part in their annual adobe home tour. And as far as personal enjoyment goes, Steve is always up for taking a long trip or entertaining his friends.
